She had this whole crisis because she had a crush on Bruno, but Red Dagger kissed her and she liked it, so she just sort of let it ride out without doing anything, until Red Dagger went home. Then she friendzoned Bruno for no reason, even after she helped ruin his relationship and made it very clear she was interested in him.
Along with a few other questionable things, Kamala became kind of a horrible, selfish person by end of Wilson's run.
