Scarjo was contracted to do a movie, which Perlmutter blocked.

Feige then greenlit said movie after Perlmutter was removed.

Covid happened and Chapek shoved BW onto D+ simultaneously with its long delayed cinema release, which is stupid for many reasons.

Scarjo probably had a deal for a cut of movie gross, but not anything for D+. So Chapek effectively fucked her over.
