Second, I haven’t seen the show in years. Best I can remember is that he was an alright comic relief character. Memory is fuzzy on this one.

as a kid i thought he was awesome
but i also thought he sounded like Rosie O'Donnell which i didn't like
so overall i was confused with my feelings on him
but as an adult, he's a great shota character

He is a superhero that is the same height as the protagonist. And he has a thick Brooklyn New York accent and sounds like a female, too. And he is also funny and moody. He's pretty solid as a character compared to most cartoon characters those.
