He's a writer who can apparently manipulate reality by writing things as he wants them to happen, Mikhail recruited him by force, and he's been fucking with (at the very least) Beast and Wolverine for a while. The first sign of him was a scrap of high quality paper with the text "?e?o??ce?" Beast found on his desk, unknown origin. Then his signature appeared on the data pages describing several things, like Jean being pissed off at Beast after the Terra Verde genocide, Beast taking Colossus to his trial (and text of Colossus killing beast was crossed out), and Wolverine going to a bar in the middle of nowhere to get ambushed by vampires.
I think there haven't been any ?e?o??ce? pages for a while, since before XoS even. But it should pay off eventually.
