I've noticed that whenever a cartoon for kids tries to deal with bigotry, they almost always use allegories and stand-ins like aliens and monsters instead of showing real minority groups being oppressed. The only example I could think of off the top of my head depicting real bigotry were Captain Planet and an episode of the Proud Family, can anyone think of others?
