>>123519079For me there are two perfect ways to handle it.
Scenario A:
Lincoln is recently adopted which will make the story move fast as there will be thousands of new situations, as well as dynamics that he had not faced, and these will not feel forced. Regarding romance, the most logical thing is that this only happens between 1 or 2 of the girls, not because of taboo (Let's remember that from his perspective he doesn't really see them as family yet) but most likely the other girls will give the couple space and don't meddle (Too much).
Scenario B:
Lincoln moves to an apartment building (or neighborhood) where different families live, this is the best setting for a harem, the story will move slowly presenting each of the different girls, the situations will have to be better worked since there is no solid reason for see all the characters interacting, so we would have things like Lori being best friends with Leni, but in a fight with the neighbor punk girl, or that the athlete Lynn has never paid attention to the girl who reads poetry on the park. The best part, by not being related, this cast can share more similar ages making the romance more organic. And as in any good harem story (There are very few, most are predictable) creating uncertainty for who will be the chosen girl.
