I've lost the page, but Ostrander also exists as a comic character. Paul Kupperberg was writing Daring Adventures of Supergirl in the 70s and used the name of a theatre student he knew as a neighbor for Supergirl.
Ostrander was a theatre actor (working with Del Close a lot, and wrote Wasteland with him), and got into comics later.

Keep in mind just how few examples of this there actually are considering the amount of comics published. The comic industry is a highly insular industry, everyone's got friends, and you never know who you're going to have to work with at some point which means that pettiness and mocking is a good way to burn bridges. Most of the examples that aren't just minor or lighthearted digs are done by people who either have a lot of clout themselves or aren't in a position to get any blowback. The Kirby dig at Byrne was only a few years before Kirby died, and the Byrne dig at Shooter was after Shooter was no longer employed at Marvel.
