I think Iris' actress retweeted it too, because I remember reading an article about how she complained that The Flash crew (in Vancouver BC, which is 1% black) was too white and there weren't enough black people. Wells and Cisco both barely add anything to the show anymore so it's entirely fine for them to go. It's overdue at this point. And the cast is bloated, so it's an additional plus.

I haven't heard about this and don't really care for the "scandal". It's noise. But Elongated Man was a breath of fresh air for that show, especially when he was introduced. The most interesting addition to the show in a long while. I'll miss him.
