It's been a while since I saw it, so I don't remember the pop culture references, but those always age like milk unless you're doing a period piece. It's even worse with a futuristic setting.>Don't forget about the all star cast
Eh, I don't really think that matters. Studios want big name actors to attract morons, but unless they do a particularly bad job or the voice doesn't fit the character. Tom Hanks voicing Woody or Eddie Murphy voicing Donkey doesn't really hurt the movie. The only crime is having Nick Cage and not having him ham it up.
