>>121762705>Does the main message of Avatar, forgiveness and growth, not apply to Azula?
Zuko: Is generally a jackass for 2.5 seasons, yet is eventually able to/allowed to change and gets everything he wants
Iroh: Is Azulon's heir for most of life but after losing his son, is allowed to change and eventually gets everything he wants
Pakku: Is a sexist jackass for most of his life, but after meeting Katara, changes and gets to marry the love of his life
Mai/Ty Lee: Azula's loyal henchwomen for 1.5 seasons, get thrown in jail for betraying the FN (not really helping the war effort), and are allowed to change and get everything they want
Kuivra: Is a grown-ass dictator who runs reeducation/brainwashing camps, is allowed to change, and gets to go back to her status quo with the narrative suggesting she eventually gets everything she wants
Eska/Densa: Help Daddy almost plunge the world into 10k years of darkness, indirectly responsible for Korra losing her past lives, yet are allowed to change and become the rulers of the Northern WaterTribe
Why are all of the people allowed time to see their error of their ways and to slip up multiple times before seeing the light while Azula is not. In fact, the asylum made her worse off (see pic) yet she is expected to have the mindset of EOS Zuko despite being in a worse position than S1 Zuko?
