>>121644391It would be a bit disappointing and cause me to slightly worry for the future of the show but in the short term wouldn't hurt my love of the show in the slightest.
It would however make me distrust anything Matt says about new episodes. If he constantly overhypes shit I'm not going to bother getting excited for anything. Which would suck as a part of the fun is getting hyped for new episodes over the course of the week. But that only works if I can trust that said episode is going to be good.
That being said, I'm hopeful that It'll be good. Sure After the Rain wasn't all Matt made it out to be but I still enjoyed it overall. I still trust Matt and Amphibia itself to at the very least be fun and entertaining. Not to mention this is a longer episode so I'm sure extra care has been put into it.
