They have a pretty standard Judeo-Christian kind of hell, ya know fire, demons torturing the souls sent there etc. which was ruled by Mephisto but Currently Johnny Blaze is the King there now. The Norse Hel exists as does Limbo. I believe there's more. Not much about Heaven aside from the 10th Realm of Heven but its not really the afterlife, just another realm like Midgard and Asgard.
DC is more or less just the Judeo-Christian Hell.
