The world might be better off if it was run by ashkenazim than it would be if it was run by australian aborigines, but in the real world we decide who fills leadership roles by things other than their ancestry. It's a good thing we do, too, because not only are there traits that should be considered (arguably) besides raw intelligence, but some ashkenazim aren't even that smart.
Just because someone belongs to a group of people with certain average character traits doesn't prescribe their destiny. Not all Kenyans are cut out for distance running, or whatever.
The idea that one genetic group with great IQ genes will dominate the world isn't impossible, but that's a prediction, not a moral prescription.
