Also I think it's kind of of dumb to think that theses PSA will stop racists as opposed to create more. A personal example of something like this is with me and the feminists message. I used to watch a lot of Barbie and Disney channel because I have a lot of sisters, so I saw a lot of "girls can do it to" centered episodes and movies. However after watching enough of them I thought to myself "Wait, at what point does this message stop being about making things equal far women, and start trying to put woman above men?"
One thing led to another and now here I am. While I do think that everyone is an individual and you should be open to people being different form what you expected. I also have a negative view of woman, and one of the reasons because of how hard they pushed the message. I think theses PSA will be the same.
Less powerlevely TL;DR The best argument to start smoking is the cringy anti-smoking psa's. I thing in the future it will be the same with Racism.
