He eventually got killed in prison by Carnage who absorbed his codex to summon Knull (and presumably whatever vestiges of the Mania(c) symbiote remained within him). Brock eventually absorbed the Carnage symbiote into his Venom symbiote along with everything else Carnage had absorbed along the way
Andi came to New York to try to find her symbiote but never got it back. She became a target for a resurrected Scream symbiote who was an agent of Knull
But with the help of Patricia Robertson the Scream symbiote was cleansed of Knull's influence and bonded with Andi
