Then he parks in front of Gordon in full daylight, comes out of the batmobile with no mask on, dead Joker in the other seat, and says "I'm here to report a crime".
To be honest if I was Gordon, I just would've said "I see no crime and damnit Wayne the playboy shit does not allow you to waste the time of law enforcement, now get out of here".
