Maybe they could make her a cross between herself in carrotblanca and Fifi, and focus on her looking for a decent guy and lonely, but have her be turned off by pepe due to the fact that he's a borderline rapist (like how she ended up with bugs at the end of carrotblanca despite having just jumped off a plane to get away from pepe)
Alternatively, if they want to make Lola full on a boy crazy yandere for bugs, they could try and pair her up as a straight man to Lola: have the two work as a comedic pair with her being a prude foil to Lola being so obviously horny/slutty.
