On top of not utilizing character design and animation correctly, there's also the technical aspects of the animation, which require an animation director and sheet timer that actually know what they're doing to get the correct punch or mood or feeling for a scene. This isn't some vague ethereal notion, it's called timing and spacing, and I won't go in depth on how GE&H fails at it.
