/co/ is terrible at creating anything. It's literally a comic/cartoon board and it produces least amount of OC. If you look at the HYWC threads, the level of quality is incredibly low for a board that likes to dissect cartoons and other artists. Few talented artists soon migrate to twitter/ig/whatever website when they realize that this place only stagnates you.
