tony caused tons more damage between osborn, secret invasion, annihilation, civil war, planet hulk with way more direct involvement, and the shra remained active for years after the event was over allowing more opportunities
Carol wasn't treated with the same respect though. Ulysses vanished at the end of the event. Absolutely nothing happened. Atleast she saved billions of lives through her actions and had more of a tangible benefit.
