I noticed this board has a problem with thinking there's some "big cartoon" CEO pulling all the strings and demanding cartoons have more lesbians but simultaneously be less sexy.
I only started browsing this board when I became a content creator myself and I hope this makes you feel less paranoid, but outside the corporate Disneysphere, there is no insidious hidden hivemind conspiring to piss you off. Cartoon creators are a different demographic than you are used to, so they make different cartoons than you are used to.
