Secondly, um... well, this character seems very exaggerated and archetypal, which is great to me, and I think if you add more characters to their universe they should complement that, be archetypal in their own way so that everything feels kind of turned up to eleven, and that way your straight character's quips will be even funnier because of the contrast.
But I'd still try not to make her too much like a caricature of her archetype because we need a little emotional investment, a reason to care besides "she's cute" (and she is).
Thinking about it, I haven't heard much about cartoons with an antihero as the protagonist, that could be an interesting niche to tackle if you wanted. I dunno, honestly, there's a lot of directions you could take this in, and I'm fairly biased about some of them, myself.
What was your main inspiration when making them? You could start from that and expand.
Also sorry about bashing TAM, it actually looks cool, just less of my style (too cutesy and I don't feel that slight edge). I recommend having as many pitches as possible ready, you never know when they might be needed. If an exec immediately turned down TAM and asked for something else, you need to be ready with plenty more ideas.
