Is there any genuine achievement in achievements such as, "First gay showrunner" or "First black studio creator" or "Pixar's first woman director"? I see the animation world really hitting home these points because I guess the live-action world has already "accomplished" them, but I just don't know why they're achievements. It's not as if studios like CartoonNetwork go out of their way to deny women storytellers, they just didn't have many of them pitching shows until recently.
