>>118900923Okay, lets take it from the top.
The first point.
Adora never really had any difficulties growing up with Catra. In fact, the time they spent together seemed to be the highlights for their lives.
The constant mood swings come from being abused as a child, and Adora never had trouble dealing with them.
Catra never tried to control Adoras every decision, that is just completely false.
Second point.
Yeah Catra hurt Adora physically and mentally. Adora also hurt Catra physically and mentally.
As for a tyrant taking over a planet, Catra was pretty much trying to take over the planet herself. She pretty much took over control of the Horde from Hordak. They never succeeded.
The space emperor coming in and enslaving everyone is 100% Glimmers fault, and Catra actually fought against Prime.
Point three.
Catra ALMOST destroyed reality when she attempted to use the portal to summon Prime, and it did result in the loss of Angela. This is unarguably the worst thing Catra did. This one is a fair point.
Point four.
Yes, Catra had a very bad childhood. Adora was there to witness it, no wonder she has a lot of sympathy for her. And yes, Catra regrets her actions, and is shown to be in constant emotional instability and turmoil over her actions throughout the series.
Catra does not pretend to be a better person, she said that she is trying to be a better person, other then that, she has never put up any airs. Even when she rescued Glimmer, she told her upfront that she did it for Adora not her. She has not once pretended to be a better person. The reason she is trying to be a better person is because she wants to make up for the bad things she has done, not because obsession over Adora. In fact, Catra was completely ready to sacrifice herself and die, but it was Adora that came in and rescued her and wanted to redeem her.
And the final point.
Yeah no shit. There is a reason Adora constantly wanted to save Catra.
