It's an alt-universe Ben who was born a girl in a universe heavily inspired by Magical Girl shows. This Ben/Bren/Jen is very girly and likes cute things, but her omnitrix keeps giving her aliens that are either ugly, monstrous, or terrifying, like Toepick, Wildmutt, Ripjaw, etc. instead of cute aliens like Pesky Dust
