right.To me, it's anybody who's starred in a comic that's run over 150 issues, has had two titles running concurrently and guest starred in over 50 issues + has several forms of multi-media based on them (movies, cartoons, VG, toylines).
>B ListHas appeared in (if not headlined) in over 100 issues + has been around for decades and might have one major break into multi media, like one movie made about them. Fan favorite, but your grandma wouldn't know who they where.
> C ListThis is where it gets tricky. A C Lister is anyone who just struggles to find an audience. Generally, I see them as appearing in less than a 75 comics total. Maybe appeared in one episode of a cartoon show, like Diablo from FF or Whirlwind from Iron Man, or Mr. Hyde from Daredevil.
>D ListerLiteral who who has appeared so infrequently, it's kind of a novelty seeing them. Never seen in anything beyond comics or a made-for-cartoon character. Even superfans might not know who they are.
