>>118645973Speaking as someone who moved around to four different elementary schools(then went to a school my parent worked at, twice, then went to the school I lived in the district off, then we moved), "bulling" as a problem all comes down to the school culture and administration.
The first school I went to was a "poor" neighborhood, but all the kids where nice enough. Some roughhousing, class clowning but nothing like a bully. Teachers where invested and enthusiastic.
Second school was in a more affluent but everyone got along and nobody was picked on. Same with the third, even though it was more working class. Both had very caring teachers.
Fourth school was more affluent than two and three (and I was going into Grade 6 at the time) so I was astonished that cartoonist bullies like the the ones in OP's pic where actually real kids. When they started trying lines like "Your such a pussy, gonna cry, gonna punch me" I almost wanted to laugh at how cliche it was, but there you go. Went to the Principle, they didn't really care. Teachers didn't really care.
Three years of that shit, then High School was a breez in comparison, but that's a whole different world.
