I Watched UAF and the personality mostly remain the same with the difference that OV was a lot more consistent.

I found UAF retcons to generally be logical next steps though. I can buy the Plumbers being inter-galactic for example. OV retcons were flat out silly to me and didn't add anything to the lore.

The only "illogical" retcon OV had was the Rooters only because they didn't explain who Aggregor.
For the rest, they actually, fix some of the nonsense UAF introduced

So explaining how the plumbers went from being an Earth-based organization to an intergalactic force is silly and doesn't add anything to the lore?
Sounds to me like you don't like OV because is different and you are using the retcons as an excuse since you don't have any critical skill. I doubt that you even watched the series.
