>Pre-heat oven to around 375-400>Optional: remove bottoms and/or cut spouts in half length wise>Lightly coat in olive oil>Apply salt, pepper, rosmery, thyme, garlic and onion powder or what ever your preferred seasonings are (celery seed is a good seasoning gives it a nice fresh flavor)>Hand mix in a large mixing bowl until oil and seasonings are evenly coating all sprouts>Wrap in foil or place sprouts uncovered in a roasting pan. Fully covered makes them more uniformly soft while uncovered gives them a nice crisp on the outside>Cook for 30-45 minutes or until desired softness is obtainedWhen roasted they take on a pleasantly mild horseradish like taste instead of the awful bland mushiness steaming produces. Follow the same procedure for asparagus too though be careful for how long you cook them because they can get really mushy and wilted if overcooked
