The hard part is recognizing things you're bad at and focusing on fixing them. Maybe drawing a bunch of circles if you're bad at circles, maybe focusing on steady linework if your lines are really jittery.
And then just draw stuff you like, and maybe try to spice it up every so often with stuff like "hey today I'll try to draw Zim pointing behind him or Gaz's hair from above" and stuff like that.
