But that argument is flimsy as fuck. As far as I know, no lawyer has ever actually tried pushing this argument,
and it's entirely likely that if they did, it would set the legal precedent that cartoons are not people. The only instance I can even think of when it came into play, was the Foster's flash parody by ZONE. But as I understand, ZONE only took that that down because some of the Fosters Staff approached him respectfully, instead of shrieking demands.
