We've spent a lot of time shitting on Solomon for being stagnant and shit but for the duration of Allison's story he's been completely a good person. A person does not have to be 100% perfect to not fall under the category of good. He is a tyrant who governs with laws based on our world's idea or morality, which ought to truly make him the hero, regardless of what the others say. It's possible he's the best person in the entire story.
The fact is that the world of KSBD is built on a fucked up sense of morality. Violence is the greatest virtue, a unfettered drive towards your wants and desires is the means of achieving the greatest power, and lies are the strongest tool anybody can have. In this sort of world Solomon is an anomaly and in our world his principles would be more than welcome. So it may be correct to say that Solomon is "wrong" for the world, by our Earthly understanding of things he's actually good.
And we're going to see him lose it all because he's actually surrounded by assholes who have no business comparing their morality to him. Even Allison and the crew could arguably be considered worse people than Solomon based on what we've seen them do for the duration of the story.
