UK law doesn't work that way, so you're a fucking idiot, let's break it down
Labour lost the election in May 2010 and a month later the coalition was formed, but Parliament hadn't been in session since 12 April when it was dissolved for the election in accordance with the Representation of the People Act
that means that Labour could have passed laws in 2010 - just about - up to 12 April but those would have been passed by parliament and become law automatically after receiving royal assent - once parliament has passed a Bill, it becomes an Act by automatic operation of law, coming into force on the date stated at the top of the Act, which was agreed when it was being debated as a Bill
therefore there's no "labour passed laws and then the following government ratified them", which is the most "I don't actually live in the UK but I think I'm smart enough to understand its parliamentary operations" sentence I've ever read on this shitshow of a website, though I'm prepared to be generous and accept that you're just some facebook-educated hagshite
why you picked out "2010 to 2012" when the Coalition was 2010 until 2015 I don't know, because despite being asked you haven't specified any fucking laws at all that you disagree with, just "laws"
"which media has just followed ensuite" is a collection of words that do exist in the English language but don't make any sense in that order
so to summarize what you've done: you haven't specified the laws you say you disagree with, so we don't know what your probably imaginary grievance is, you don't know how parliament works even a little because you seem to think it works like the Duma for some reason, you think David Cameron - the guy who led the Austerity programme of savage cuts to public services - was "left wing", and you think "followed ensuite" is a phrase in the English language, presumably because you shit in a bucket in St Petersburg
