It's hard to think of any examples of mean-girl MCs in kids shows. Usually they are an friendly and dopey types (Wander, Clarence, Anne, Sponge Bob, Star Butterfly, Steven Universe); or the nutty professor types (Marcy, Craig Williams, Dexter, Tulip).
Thinking a lot, the only mean-girl MC in a kids show is Many from Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy; although, arguably she's not the protagonist to the same extent that Anne is.
