But here's the thing about Sonic pulling Wally to another dimension to cut him off from the Speedforce: he wouldn't know to do that. You can say "ring clairvoyance" but I'm pretty sure that came up a total of one time. But, okay, lets go with ring clairvoyance. Sonic would have to learn what the Speedforce is, that it powers Wally, and that if he took Wally to another universe he could cut him off from it, then pull Wally to that other universe. In that time, Wally would fucking skewer Sonic 20 thousand times over.
For the sake of argument, lets say Wally's IQ suddenly dropped to NumbersGuy level, so he's just standing in place drooling while Sonic goes through this whole process. Here's the other thing: Sonic probably can't even send him to the other universe to begin with. He has two methods of BFR-ing Wally to another universe: creating a portal to another universe, or using chaos control to warp him there.
First off, creating a portal: I don't see Sonic being able to knock Wally into a portal when Wally has a major speed advantage over him. But, someone will point out that Sonic was able to make a portal that sucked in somebody before. To answer that in advance: I don't see Wally getting sucked in by a portal either, since he can literally make himself immune to the pull of a singularity by vibrating (pic related).
Second, chaos control. Chaos control fucking sucks, it takes a ton of concentration by Sonic's own admission and this was exploited by Eggman in a ruined mech at the end of Worlds Collide. Sonic's not gonna be able to stay in place long enough to do chaos control shit while fighting Wally West, the fastest character in fucking DC comics.
