If you want to see the two most racist groups, look at the Hans, and the Japanese. The Hans are right now commiting genocide against the Uigar-Chinese, and it's 100% due to not assimilating into the Han-supremist mindset. Being Muslim is just something the Hans can weaponize for the media.
The Japanese have a North Korean population, which is insular due to the Japanese seeing even the great-grandkids of immigrants as 'not Japanese.' To the Japanese the act of having citizenship, speaking the language natively, being born in-country, marrying outside of your great grand parents ethnic group, of being 75%+ Japanese isn't enough. You're still a foreigner, and can never be a "true" Japanese, especially to the government. During WWII the Japanese portrayed themselves as a race, and with nazi-like zeal asserted "racial superiority" over other people who were asian.
The Rodney King Riot wasn't sparked by King's beating by the LAPD. It was sparked by an old Korean Karen pulling out a gun, and shooting a black girl in the back of the head for looking at a candy bar. The long term causes included opening liquor stores in black-majority areas, often using loan money from Korean immigrant assistance groups, or family loans back in Korea. Alcohol is a drug, and these drug dealers bought off zoning boards to create their own laws.They exploited, and targeted blacks, who had no wealth.
