>>117026904That would be one HELL of a twist.
Imagine the ending scene.
Lard Star returns after a year to admire her progress, dominate a few local ladies, and take some concubines for Lord Marco of Dimension S-1132, and Star, who has been slowly going insane trying to convince others of their changes they seem oblivious too, finally has found the source of the problem.
She proves surprisingly cold to Lard Stars inital flurting, and demands she free her friends from the curse.
Lard Star laughs. "I guess the curse only half effected you, you can see the others."
"Half effected? What do you mean?"
She laughed. "Let me fully undo it, I want you to remember, to truly see what's become of yourself."
Star suddenly looks down, she's enormous, she reeks like she hasn't showered in months.....err, her gut is so sore and full.
With a headache, all her memories seem to shift. Yes, she still spent much of the past year on a nervous break down and trying to convince her friends, that all happenedm but she herself was stuffinng herself into obesity, growing greasy and smelly.
The spell works on self perception of everyone, it's just Stars are immune to the perception of others unless further spells are applied.
Star breaks down, and Lard Star siezes the moment, has her way with her, and then promptly ships her back to Lord Marco, where the story ends.
Although I also REALLY like the story idea about it slowly shifting the goal post of acceptal gluttony, weight, and habits. That's a fun one, usually mindset change stories are instant, having the goal post slowly drift would be fun.
And even the Magic Food one is good for a oneshot(the other two are multichapter worthy though, especially the goalpost one 12 chapters easy)
