>>116837911OK, there maybe kids who are in college, just left home, just turned 21, and get drunk and act irresponsibly every Spring Break. That's feasible, but if that's the case, it seems a bit creepy that if Grace and Simone are, indeed, i their twenties, why would they want to hang out with kids? Maybe it's the fact that they get off on the power of being a "Leader" or "Mentor" but if that's the case, why would they encourage destructive behavior? Maybe it's a message about how power corrupts, and that fascism is bad, but I don't think Owen is the kind of person who would bring any kind of politics into IT. Maybe it's a case about how the victim becomes the abuser if the problems don't get resolved quickly?
No, I'm still inclined to believe they are between 18-21.
>>116837958Interesting take, and I can see where one would think that, but I still believe they want to stay on the train because it's easier to be a leader to a bunch of gullible kids who look up to you because you're older, than it is to face the problems you had before boarding the train, and knowing that you'd still have to possibly face them once you left.
Interesting take, though.
