Beyond that, if the very worst things about the allegations are true in that he's a shitty and somewhat sexist boss, there's a ton of recent Me Too allegations that overshadow his conduct. Compared to Ubisoft apparently shuffling around upper level folks with sexual harassment complaints against them, or that ABC executive who was pretty clearly racist with the complaints and history to back it, I think that the complaints and proof against Ehasz looks like small potatoes to the people at Netflix who pay attention to that sort of thing. That's not even diving into the stuff that might not be on their radar like what happened with Method or the Smash community being stuffed with pedophiles.
The point is, people were accused of worse with better proof and I think that's something that tips in Ehasz's favor even in the event that his conduct was genuinely actionable.
