They could've made Lion-O more ambitious and self-aware of the growing he has to do in order to earn his title, but the creators took the "goofy manbaby" angle instead. It also doesn't help that WilyKit & WilyKat have near nonexistent personalities. But Tygra, Cheetara, Panthro, Mumm-Ra, and the Mutants are all tons of fun.
The show is honestly all right.
