The only exception I can think of is Into the Spiderverse, but Miles and Gwen didn't even get together officially, and I'd say the romance plot with Peter and MJ had way more substance.
There is a point to be made about recent TV cartoons using interracial couples though. Other than the pairing in Miraculous Ladybug (which even then might not count since Marinette is half chinese), I can't think of any same-race couple that aren't parents or background characters.
