Someone who’s a average joe that has been beaten down by the system and knows that “great power responsibility” is bs because the people in power in his life has a abused it. He presents as a average bland guy, but inside his mind is broken and fractured. When he gets great power he abuses it and justifies it to Spider-Man in saying “how is he any different than what x company owner is doing, and stopping him won’t change anything. He’s a symptom of a broken society not the cause”. So not exactly a nega-Spider-Man but sorta close to it I guess. I think he should be bugged themed though, maybe a wasp, beetle, leech, roach, etc. like something scummy that gets stepped on a lot and that reflects The Whole “stepped on by society” thing
