Want to learn how to paint, play an instrument, code some simple programs, or animate? Just fuckin' do it. Because I learned that not doing something causes anxiety and makes your miserable. Getting it done, whether you succeed or fail at it, will make the anxiety stop. Yes, fucking up once in a while actually makes you less miserable, because you're not dwelling on it for ages or regretting not having done it later. The older you get, the harder it is to do anything if you've gone so long without doing anything else.
And exercise. It doesn't have to be a lot, just 15 minutes a day will do to keep you energized and healthy. Shit, if you have a Switch, even stuff Fitness Boxing and Ring Fit Adventure will work. You'll be happy that your body doesn't go to shit.
