It's a little cliche for Cyclops porn, but I like the idea of his visor being broken. A more timid, less experienced teen Cyclops might need help being led across rough terrain. So right there you can kick off the intimacy with some hot hand-holding (alert /a/). You could eventually progress to having Kalama ask Cyclops to describe her by "seeing" her with his hands, which would evoke a lot of tactile imagry and description. So much foreplay potential!
Cyclops being a mental teen would also let you flip that around for a comedic moment or two, since he won't know his own body that well -- maybe he's shocked by how big his woo-hoo has grown. A late teen growth spurt, perhaps? So you build up some tension with him feeling up her, and then a flustered Kalama tries to convey what Lil' Cyclops looks like.
