One of the more dangerous things that could be done is to try and go the hero route. Because I guarantee any sane person would become overcome with ennui in short order. And those who are less than sane or who have their sanity tainted by bias may instead become a homicidal monster attempting to enact a brand of tyranny for the sake of ideology. Dealing with peoples' shit all the time isn't healthy. Your sense of compassion and devotion to duty gets milled away bit by bit. With a symbiote, you're at risk of this self-affirming.
