Yeah, this was from 'Adventures of the X-Men' #12. Non-canon to 616. Written by Ralph Macchio.
The issue is interesting in that the universe gets destroyed and re-created into what is implied to be the 616 reality, but it was denied by the editors that this universe - the universe based on the TV show 'X-Men Adventures" - was supposed to be the actual universe before this one, ie the 'Sixth Multiverse", the one where Galan came from.
