Female Ron, it would be so similar to Betty, She would be almost exactly like Male! Ron, easygoing, goodnature, innocent, child-like and more tolerant and extroverted compared to Kim, she would come off as a Bimbo due her looks and personality but Ron has enough instances in the show to prove they she is more than that.
The show wouldn't need that many tweaks to make it work
