Alright. Let's have one of those threads. Pitch your idea for a total reboot of SU.
Here's my idea - pretty much everyone would agree or say similar.
>Don't loose the Townie Episodes, just have them all directly or indirectly relate to something gem related (Like Ronaldo finding a Gem Knife than can cut throw anything and refuses to give it up)
>Utilize Fusions more, but not to the point of being every episodes Deux Ex Machina solution
>Either lean way more into Steven learning about the Gems and their hidden past or have Steven live with Greg and unaware of their existence for the first season
>Loose the Rose is PD twist, but instead have it revealed way later one she collaborated with Rose to fake her death and live a peaceful live in hiding
>Have Steven be nerfed. Keep the Shield, floating, and healing spit - but he can't resurrect anyone nor bring vegation to live, make him more human than Gem to start with
>Garnet and Pearl are more cold and distant to Greg, But Amethyst is still willing to talk and even reconnect, hence how Steven finds out about the Gems
>Pose Pearl as a very minor Antagonist at the start, hinting at her still not over the grief and even trying to make Steven the new Rose Quarts
>Jasper obviously gets more Screen time and even episodes from her point of view exploring Earth, coming to the realisation its life is hard and strong, like her - but still keeps her eyes set on finishing the mission.
>Peridot is actually an amputee, having to be carried until she gets no limbs and learns respect (to a limited degree) for the Gems
>Lapis isn't as cold and uncaring, just more stressed and easily set off to anyone but Steven
>Connie meets Steven after she hears about all the strange rumors when she arrives in town, hearing about a group of Magic women
