But at the same time I don't have a huge amount of sympathy for the people choosing to fuck him in the first place, or at least not now that there's not a ton of information out there. Like, were they just personally assuming that fucking him would give them an in to comics, or did he actually promise that or present it as a conditional thing to him helping them? Obviously the latter would be shitty, but it almost feels like are people involved are reacting more to getting thrown away after the fact and realizing he was mostly in it for the sex, and I'm not really sure if just being a generally shitty person is worth complete blacklisting.
It doesn't quite come off as a Chris Savino situation to me (yeah yeah I know /co/ at large has/had doubts about what he did but it's an easy example) where, for example, he more or less supposedly assaulted women and got away with it by threatening their jobs or general position in the animation industry if they didn't comply.
