i know for a fact Vivienne only got him on bc she has her fat fingers in everyone's pie in the animation community. Horwitz did tons of voices for Atoms' shows so it stands to reason that she probably got him through that.

I want to honestly say that the writing is actually better and the script writing doesn't seem to be too goofy edgy. I already know that these characters are fucked up in the head and are fucking contract killers. They're not gonna be really good people or supposed to be good characters. Honestly I don’t hate the show THAT much but what I don’t understand is why Vivziepop keeps making more pilots to these shows. She’s already got three shows done and not mention several one off shorts— how the hell is she paying for al this? Why not focus on one IP and making it the best it can be???

It's not that the crew thinks one property is better than the other, its that one has a push from a famous YouTuber (the one who voices that weird bird Blitzo fucked) while the other is entirely Vivzies passion project. The Youtuber can fund a bunch of episodes from Helluva whenever he wants while Vivzie is gonna need to reorganize Hazbin herself or pitch it to a network.
